The bag has a simple adjustable leather strap that darkens with use. It expands for carrying many items, and contracts when emptied. This Mexican textile bag is perfect for taking to the beach or the farmers’ markets.
The Maguey fiber is very strong. It takes a lot of practice to spin quality cord from the fiber to make the bags. After watching this process, we can see that it’s not easy, nor is it fast.
